Modern approaches to the interpretation of transnational corporations management

The article provides a critical analysis of literary sources devoted to the problem of identifying the economic essence of corporate management. Four main approaches to the interpretation of corporate management are identified and characterized: center-right, managerial, shareholder-centric and socially oriented. Based on the analysis of points of view and the study of the distinctive characteristics of modern corporate management, a refined definition of the concept under study is proposed.
