Increasing the competitiveness of personnel is the most urgent problem, the solution of which determines how successfully employees can withstand market competition in the labor sphere. At the same time, the competitiveness of personnel is a determining condition for the effective operation of any company, especially in the banking sector. The article considers scientific approaches to personnel competitiveness management, proposes a structural and logical scheme for building a personnel management system that forms a competitive team of bank employees. Also, an analysis of the experience of using modern technologies for managing the competitiveness of personnel in Sberbank PJSC was carried out, and an assessment of their effectiveness was given.
