Эндометриоз является одним из распространенных гинекологических заболеваний. Методы диагностики и лечения эндометриоза несовершенны, что, вероятно, обусловлено, недостаточной изученностью патогенеза данного заболевания. В последнее время усилия исследований сосредоточены на изучении иммуновоспалительных механизмов в развитии и прогрессировании эндометриоза. Понимание патогенетических механизмов эндометриоза важно для открытия новых лабораторных биомаркеров для ранней диагностики и новых мишеней для терапевтического воздействия. В данной статье суммируются сведения о роли одних из основных клеток иммунной системы (макрофагов и нейтрофилов) в патогенезе эндометриоза.
