Modern principles of bloodless surgery at elective operations in oncology

Бесплатный доступ

So far in the world there has been a persistent tendency to restrict the use of blood components. The aim of the new trend is to carry out transfusion in surgery without allogeneic blood transfusion or limiting their use. Realization of this is possible thanks to recent advances of anesthesiology and surgery. In this surgery - introduction of new electrosurgical instruments: an ultrasonic scalpel, argon laser coagulator, etc. In anesthesiology - the use of methods of blood conservation and expansion of the limits of hemodilution, the emergence of new drugs. Optimizing perioperative infusion-transfusion therapy is beneficial to reducing blood loss, normalization of central hemodynamics in immunological and inflammatory reactions of the organism after extensive and traumatic surgical interventions. This allows us not only avoid the need for blood products, but also reduce the number of postoperative complications, and even reduce mortality.
