The improvement of retail services makes it necessary to find new innovative forms of commercial banks current management. This is especially true in view of the growing competition and variability of the business environment and the microclimate at the banking sector. Therefore, modern problems of bank retail development and their elements were identified and considered. The article notes that the variability of the external environment and the transition to a digital business model forces the bank management to adapt to the constantly changing conditions: the achievement of customer satisfaction and attention to their needs comes to the fore.
