Modern problems of functioning of non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to some problems of functioning of non-profit organizations in Russia. It is revealed that the effective development of non-profit enterprises requires serious state support at the legislative level, expanding the involvement of extra-budgetary sources of funding, as well as further elaboration of issues of state regulation and implementation of existing programs to support the development of non-profit organizations.
