Present-day problems and prospects of the Muslim law and state

The article is devoted to the investigation of the Islamic religious concepts of the Muslim state and law and the assessment of prospects of caliphate creation in the present-dayn situation. The Islamic ideologists views including those of the 21-st century: Jemal-ad-din-al-Afgani, Mohammed Abdo, Mohammed Rashid Rida, Ali Abdel Razek, Muammar Kaddafi, Hasan al-Banna, Usama bin Laden and others are analyzed.
