The article is devoted to current problems and trends in the field of personnel management. It examines key trends in the development of the HR department, including the integration of various aspects of HR management, improving employee assessment methods and optimizing the personnel management structure. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that effective personnel management currently requires an integrated approach and the use of various mechanisms of modern modernization. This includes improving management decisions, careful selection and development of employees, as well as the introduction of measures to stimulate and improve corporate culture. The author’s systematization of current problems in the field of personnel management is proposed, as well as measures developed by the authors to minimize them. In conclusion, the article concludes that successful management within the staff leads to the formation of a set of professional skills among experts in the field of recruiting, as well as to the improvement of both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the company’s work.
