The results of complex structural and functional upper limb assessment in 39 patients aged 4-18 years, who underwent surgical treatment due to congenital forearm anomaly, have been investigated. Certain structural and functional deviations have been found in involved limbs. Descriptiveness and expediency of the diagnostic algorithm has been shown. The usage of modern diagnostic techniques to investigate structural and functional condition of involved limb as a complete biomechanical system significantly widen our knowledge about the soft tissues involvement in congenital anomaly of the limb.
