Constitutional legal protection of the family

This article analyzes the constitutional and legal norms on the family its protection and measures of state support for the institution of the family as a constitutional and legal guarantee for the protection of the family. In the course of the study, it is possible to conclude that, through the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the fundamental traditional values of the family, motherhood, paternity, support and protection of which act as a prerequisite for the functioning of this institution are fixed. At the present stage, the constitutional and legal protection of the family is based on the specifics of the family policy of the State and is based not only on the Constitution of the Russian Federation and normative legal acts, but also on theoretical ideas about the family and its interaction with the State in legal terms.
