Modern problems of criminalistic methodology in the light of professor N.P. Yablokova

The article in the context of ideas of N. P. Yablokov stated in the book "Criminalistics Investigation Techniques: History, Current State and Problems" describes changes taking place in the criminal environment due to the overall digital transformation that make it expedient to modify scientific views and approaches to research organization of techniques for detection and investigation of certain types and groups of crimes, and the use of their results in revealing and investigating of crimes. Attention is drawn to the need to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the new environment. It is noted that problems of development of criminalistic methodology in general are most clearly seen on the example of methodology of investigation of organized crime. In order to solve the most acute and urgent of them are offered recommendations that consider the current state of science and technology.
