Modern problems of ensuring the regime of restrictions during the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)

The article examines the observance of the constitutional rights of citizens in the context of restrictive measures related to the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The article also analyzes the procedure for bringing citizens to administrative responsibility for violating sanitary rules and hygiene standards, non-compliance with sanitary and hygienic and anti-epidemic measures during the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and others provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
