In the conditions of a market economy, approaches in the field of labor remuneration change substantially. The concept of "wages" was filled with new content and covers all types of earnings, bonuses, allowances, social benefits accrued in cash and in kind regardless of the sources of financing. In modern conditions of management, a flexible system of measuring the wage with its results is needed, fully fulfilling the evaluation and distribution function of this process.
