Modern systems of optimization of material and technical support of an oil-producing enterprise

In this article modern systems of optimization of material and technical support of the oil-producing enterprise are considered. The problems associated with the material and technical support of oil-producing enterprises are highlighted, among which are extensive development, technological backwardness, wear and tear of fixed assets, inefficient information technologies, management problems and much more. Optimization of material and technical support of oil-producing enterprises is particularly important during the economic crisis and the decline in oil prices. For these purposes, a new model of material and technical support is proposed, which will allow more efficient operation of oil-producing enterprises based on vertically integrated operation.
