Modern systems of college teachers’ advanced training

Fast changes, regular updating of production technologies, occurrence of new forms of international cooperation in the field of education require continuous scientific and methodological work on the creation of new advanced training programs for teachers. The basis of college teachers’ advanced training is development of their ability to operate subject knowledge and to design and model their activities. Retraining and advanced training of teachers should be executed basing upon the principles of dynamism, awareness of prospects, and parity.
