Modern systems of interaction of authorities with civil institutions in the conditions of digitalized economy

The development of digital technologies also entails the development of relations between authorities and civil institutions. The article examines the Regional Governance Centers, which are new tools for Russia, helping the authorities to introduce technological approaches to interacting with the population, and citizens to be heard by the authorities on the Internet. The created Center in the Krasnodar Territory allows the regional authorities to introduce new approaches in the management process both at the regional and municipal levels. The prerequisites and the first results of the creation of the Center, the advantages of the introduced innovations have been studied. Based on the analysis, both financial and personnel investments in the process of interaction between government and society are proposed.
