Information security is the process of protecting data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, alteration or violation. Information security is concerned with the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data regardless of the form it may take: electronic, print, or other forms. This article presents modern methods and techniques for protecting information and laws and regulations governing information security.
