Modern means of physical education for adolescents in the cadet Cossack classes according to the traditions of the Russian Cossacks

The history of the Cossacks is an integral part of the history of Russia. Today in the conditions of the democratization of the life in the RF, a complex and difficult process of the Cossacks revival is taking place. In 2005 after the enactment of the Law on the State Service of the Russian Cossacks, this process has become a priority for the state policy and Cossack societies’ activities. The article presents the results of the study, which shows the effectiveness of the traditional methods of military physical education of Cossacks in modern Russia.
