Modern styles of conflict management in the organization

The article considers the influence of management styles on the resolution of conflict situations in the intra-organizational management of an organization. The theoretical aspects of managing intra-organizational conflicts are described. Five styles of conflict management are distinguished: the style of cooperation, the style of rivalry, the style of avoidance, the style of compliance and the style of compromise. The systemic mechanism of influence of these styles for the most successful resolution of labor and interpersonal disputes is revealed. The ways of successful management of conflict situations are proposed, depending on the objective and subjective reasons for their occurrence.
