Modern technologies of working with young people by the means of theatrical art

In the article the author considers community theatrical art as a mechanism for working with young people. The historical aspect of work with youth is given, the educational standard of the bachelor’s degree of training «39.03.03 Organization of work with youth» is analyzed, emphasis is placed on its correlation with technologies that originate in the community theater. Summarizing the information received, the author suggests three technologies that should be used by a specialist in organizing work with youth in his professional activities.
