Modern technologies for managing a portfolio of real investments of enterprises in the construction industry

The scientific article presents a typology of modern technologies for managing real investments in construction enterprises, including technologies for effective portfolio management of real investments, technologies for managing the life cycle of a construction object, digital technologies and others. The concept of managing real investments in the construction industry has been developed. Ensuring the effectiveness of capital investments with the help of real investments through the use and implementation of advanced solutions and the latest technologies and other conditions for the investor in relation to the level of technical equipment and the quality of the facility will allow obtaining a competitive facility and a profitable result. The relevance of the issue of real investments is confirmed by the fact that in conditions of market instability, understanding the basics of their functioning and the ability to work with real investments can not only save the enterprise from losses, but also bring additional income and profit. To solve the tasks set in the article, general scientific methods are used: scientific observation, comparison, measurement, induction and deduction; private and special methods: economic-statistical, analytical-calculative and expert. In the conclusions of the article, it was established that the actual condition for the successful implementation of the investment activity of a construction company is the effective management of a portfolio of real investments, which combines multi-vector approaches in solving problems of a technological, economic and legal nature.
