Modern tendencies of surgical treatment of postraumatic corneal changes

The analysis of up-to-date problem of surgical treatment of posttraumatic corneal changes such as scarry astigmatism, neovascularization and walleye are presented in the article. Photodynamic therapy is promising in the treatment of such complication. As for walleyes, strategy and volume of the surgery depends on severity and depth of injures of cornea and other structures of anterior part of the eyeball.
