Current trends and prospects of digitalization of legal expertise

The article raises and analyzes the problems of the use of digital technologies in the field of jurisprudence in general, and in legal expertise, in particular; analyzes the concept, subjects, objects and means of legal expertise, its content and results through the prism of modern digital technologies. The purpose of the work is to study the current state, development and prospects of the impact of information technologies on the institute of legal expertise and the demand for digitalization of legal processes.
