Modern trends in large multi-industry corporations and potential of their economic security

The article presents the results of modern trends study in the development of large diversified corporations. The author analyses the process of corporate development and new types of institutional structures, the definition of advantage ahead of the virtual business organizations and governmental organizations. The received results allow to choose the best optimum structure suitable for needs of modern corporation and enhancing its economic security.
