In the article the authors analyze the results of economic changes in Russia as a factor of influence on educational discourse development at higher school. Also the phenomenon of virtual educational discourse with some specific features is revealed. The authors show the role of main components of the educational discourse leading the university to communicative success with all the interaction partners. The significant role of Internet as a global communicative space which influences the educational discourse is stated.
