In the era of information society, there is a new trend in further development of tourist recreation needs. The changes in psychology of consumption occur by scientific and technical progress, intensification of labor, the processes of informatization and globalization. Travelers became more mobile, educated, more committed to the freedom of consumption choices and demanding on quality of service, which places increased demands upon individual services, and independent travel. In terms of scientific and technical progress, this trend contributes to the emergence of new tourism products and services, especially related to electronic commerce. The article analyzes the interrelation and trends of the demand and supply development in the tourism market, which enhance the effectiveness of consuming behavior in tourism.
