Modern trends of development of the market of housing and communal services

The article considers tendencies of development of the market of housing and communal services of Russia at the modern stage of its formation. On the basis of data of Federal state statistics service provides an assessment of the financial status of organizations providing housing services. It is presented characteristics of the housing stock split by Federal districts of the Russian Federation. The factors that positively influenced the development of housing and communal services are shown.
