The modern trends of construction industry development in the Tyumen region in the context of macroeconomic instability

The article presents an overview of the performance dynamics of construction companies of the South of Tyumen region under the crisis conditions. The state of housing development in the area is analysed. The research has revealed the cyclical character of changes in demand, supply and prices in the regional construction market. The author emphasizes that the study of the main showings of the current state and development trends of the construction industry in the regions allows to identify key challenges hindering elaboration of effective measures aimed to support the regional actors of the construction sector.
