Modern trends of improvement of the institute of public procurement

The article examines the formation of the institute of public procurement in the Russian Federation, outlines the current trends and prospects for its development in the context of the introduction of digital technologies and specialized tools in the form of electronic trading platforms. The directions of improvement of a number of legislative acts are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of procurement for state and municipal needs and optimize the procedures carried out.
