The article examines the specifics of modern trends in personnel management in Russia. The article examines the problems of increasing labor efficiency at the present stage of development of the Russian economy. The main problematic aspects of personnel labor at enterprises in Russia are highlighted. As part of a survey of management departments of Russian companies in various sectors of the economy, five main trends in the field of personnel management were identified: digitalization, the creation of a comfortable work environment, the use of artificial intelligence technologies, staff retention in conditions of personnel shortage, the development of talents and multidisciplinary employees, as well as the introduction human-centric model of personnel management. The most effective tools and technologies for increasing labor efficiency at enterprises in Russia are proposed.
