Contemporary trends in architecture. High-rise residential complexes as a form of mass affordable housing (the example of Hong Kong)

This article considers problems arising in the design and construction of mass affordable housing in Russia. The high-rise serviced social housing complexes of Hong Kong are presented as a case study in the solution of the urgent problem of affordable housing provision for those on low incomes.
