Modern theories of the Russian higher music education in the concept of creation of the Mongolian state conservatory

The Concept of creation of the Mongolian state conservatory including the purposes, the main and additional objectives, the scheme of interaction with governing bodies and social partners, model and the scheme of training, a control system, financial bases and stages of the organization of conservatory is presented in article. Historical and theoretical prerequisites of development of music education of Mongolia are defined.
