Current requirements to the content for the manager of social and cultural activity training

The article is devoted to the current requirements manager of social and cultural activities training content, which are determined, on the one hand, by modern trends in the development of society and its spiritual sphere, and, on the other - by normative documents regulating the order and the content of the professional training for the administrative personnel in the social and cultural sphere. Special attention is paid by the authors to the training technologies that allow to form both knowledge and activity components of professionally important competencies for the future specialists in the social and cultural management.
