Modern trends in service personnel management

In the article, the authors analyze in detail modern methods of personnel management in the service sector. The aim of the study is to select current trends that deserve attention in determining the methods of personnel management at Russian service enterprises. The object of the research is the personnel of service organizations, and the subject of the research is the methods of personnel management of service enterprises.
