This article presents modern trends in the labor market, among which the issues of preservation and development of human resources occupy a leading place. These require close attention both from the company's management and from the state. In extremely unstable, constantly changing conditions and under the influence of serious, external and internal threats to the functioning of a modern organization, it is a person and their abilities, talents, knowledge, and experience that empower an enterprise with unique capabilities and competencies in the complex competitive environment of the modern economy. In the course of solving the tasks set, and to survive and maintain their place and market share, enterprises resort to various strategies, among which, are innovative ones that are interesting and relevant, using the best methods of personnel management.
