The author examined 362 patients with chronic pancreatitis on the background of obesity, who were divided into two groups depending on the variant of post-hospital rehabilitation. The advantages of rehabilitation with the inclusion of Steviyasan of plant origin, Konfizym - drug on the basis of plant and fungal enzymes and antihomotoxic drugs were revealed in connection with a dynamics of the clinical manifestations of chronic pancreatitis, optimization of the exocrine function of the pancreas.
