The proposed article presents an analysis of the capabilities of standard CNC machine monitoring and control systems and their use in order to reduce the overall processing error by the example of a popular manufacturer system. Schemes for controlling the digital axis / spindle, the rotor speed controller of the stepper motor and the position controller are presented.
