Contemporary views on the worker's adaptation: essence, types, functions and factors of adaptation

The article analyzes the most famous concepts of labor adaptation. Based on the generalization of ideas about social and labor adaptation, the author's view on the classification of forms and types of adaptation, the main stages and features of its course is presented, factors influencing the effectiveness of the process of labor adaptation are systematized.
