Contemporary Buddhism in Russia in non-traditional territories of spread

Buddhism today in Russia in various territories takes a conditional form in terms of the name. This article presents various forms and trends of Tibetan Buddhism, including in Russia. The article presents definitions of traditional and non-traditional Buddhism, but these definitions are not widely disclosed in the article. There are "Buddhist regions" of Russia. The novelty of the work is that the study of the branches of modern Buddhism and its spread in non-traditional territories will help in its faster spread and attract more young people to its study. Due to this, the dissemination of the teachings of Buddhism in Russia will help to revive and preserve the culture of Buddhism, which originates from Tibet. The article presents the main schools of Buddhism that are widespread in Russia, as well as the names of the Teachers of Buddhism who help to develop this culture in non-traditional territories of Russia.
