A modern approach in the treatment of essential tremor

Бесплатный доступ

Essential tremor is now a frequent extrapyramidal disorder (incidence in the population 1%, in some regions up to 22%). Although essential tremor is considered to be benign, it significantly reduces quality of life, restricts occupational activities and self-care. Essential tremor has a different clinical picture in patients, which is why it is a challenging task for the neurologist, as it requires an individualised "symptom-oriented" rehabilitation plan.
