The modern head of the eyes of subordinates: results of empirical study

The article considers the image of a real modern leader in the submissions of subordinates. Two main components of the leader's image were studied: the style and effectiveness of leadership. Specific results of empirical study of the named components in the context of sex-age and professional factors are given. The relationship between the leadership style and the efficiency of the manager is established.
