Modern view of management project's changes and need for management of changes initiated by the project

In this article, we consider various opinions concerning the management of changes in the project with a view to draw up a general picture of modern views on the process of managing changes in the project. The author analyzed the opinions of Russian and international scientists and organizations. Based on the approaches studied, it is concluded that in the field of project management in the part of change management in the modern world, there is a need to study the subject of changes that the project itself carries out. In other words, in the VUCA world, there is an increasing number of projects, which should be seen as an intracorporate change, and in some cases as a change affecting society as a whole. Thus, there is a forming need to study and systematize the methods of managing this type of change at the level of project management.
