Creation of a target model of additional education as a way to implement national strategic priorities

The article highlights the key aspects of the state policy in the field of additional education in Novosibirsk, emphasizing its importance in the context of sustainable socio-economic development of the region. The authors consider systematic efforts aimed at developing and improving the infrastructure of additional education in order to ensure that at least 80% of children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years old are covered by high-quality educational programs by 2025. Special attention is paid to strategies to create conditions for continuing education for all categories of the population, as well as adaptation to the rapidly changing requirements of modern society and the economy.
