Formation and implementation of the organizational and educational conditions for the school set-up management

The article shows possible ways of solution of the topical - considering the swift process of education informatization - issue of the school set-up management in the context of shaping of the informational and communicational environment. The author describes the concrete modes of implementation in a number of schools such organizational and educational conditions, as: informatization of the school’s set-up, consolidation and broadening of the management subject, development of teachers’ particular competences, and shaping of the teachers’ readiness for reflexive activities in the social environment of the school.
