The article is an analysis of methods and approaches to the formation of a working environment that promotes inspiration and creativity of employees. The importance of an individual approach to employees, flexible motivation systems, as well as the role of digital and Digital tools in creating optimal conditions for the manifestation of creative potential are highlighted. The results of the article include analytical data on positive changes in labor productivity and employee satisfaction achieved with the active support of creativity. Specific examples of successful company practices are provided, as well as scientific research confirming the effectiveness of creating an inspiring work environment to stimulate creative thinking and innovation.
