The article presents methodological foundations and practical recommendations for creating a model of seamless transport services in the field of tourism. The study analyzes the data on Russian transport services in tourism, the identifies tasks of organizing coordinated integrated transport services for tourists, and develops recommendations for creating a model of seamless transport services in the field of tourism, which can affect the efficiency of processes and increase the economic benefits of the transport industry. The main function of the seamless model is to combine transport facilities and elements of transport services, which will allow analyzing and improving the continuous tourist flow to recreation areas. The result of high-quality management of transport service processes and their distribution will be a reduction in the time and money spent by passengers purchasing transport services. The scientific novelty consists in developing an approach to optimizing the processes of transport services in the field of tourism and planning the movement of aviation, rail, water and automobile types of communication. Recommendations on the organization of multimodal transportation, the formation of barrierfree and seamless tourist service processes are of practical importance. The results obtained can be useful for the heads of tourism management bodies when developing models for the development of tourist clusters and recreation areas, transport organizations when designing optimization of service processes, as well as researchers involved in the tourism potential of territories, innovative development.
