The creation of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok in the context of «the model of mobilization»

The formation of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok is considered as a realization of «the model of mobilization», which was formed at a period of Stalinism and in some measure reminded of itself at following time. The ambiguity of this historical experience, in which was shown the positive potential of the existed public system, is revealed. Together with that was shown, that in the history of this scientific center can be find the negative sides of the system of «state socialism».
