Creation of potential opportunities as a way to increase of a guarantee of performance of financial management tasks

The paper proposes a simple way to solve financial management tasks of a production system that is available for broad application and capable of increasing a possibility, i.e. a guarantee of achievement of the planned results of a financial management activity. At the same time, the work applies the approach based on preliminary creation of potential opportunities for the solution of financial management tasks and achievement of the planned results. To ensure broad practical application of the offered approach, the mechanism of creation of potential opportunities for the solution of financial management tasks is presented. The presented mechanism is a result of generalization of a great number of the author's practical work in a range of organizations belonging to construction and repair and construction branches in Vladivostok, and this is a scientific sense, contents and the scientific and practical importance and the value of this mechanism. The mechanism is built with the use of functional and structural approaches on the basis of formalization of processes for execution of business functions (business processes) in the economical service and arrangement of interaction processes of production system services. The important place in the mechanism of creation of such potential opportunities is attributed to operation execution procedures for each business function of the economical service the description of which allows one to consider dynamics of processes of business functions execution. The important role of such arrangement (task of the structure, order and other necessary elements) of interaction processes of business functions of all key functional services of a production system is shown during creation of potential opportunities to change, operate the state and the degree of coherence of process for exchange of results of business functions of different services. In view of restrictions for the article volume, here the author gives a methodological example showing the mechanism of creation of potential opportunities for the solution of financial management tasks which can be applied directly in a production system.
