Creation, editing and publication of the international standard scientific article". State-of-the-art review and practical seminar

Subject of the article: analytical review of a problem of science up-to-date information content as publishing strategy. Object of the article: practical perspective of the magazine preparation " Izvestiya of the Samara scientific center of RAS. Social, Human, Medical and Life Sciences" to public media. Research objective: up-to-date preparation of articles content for publication in public media within principles of publishing ethics in work with authors, as representatives of various schools of sciences. Work methodology: the comparative analysis of the information scientific content, schools of sciences traditions synthesis and requirements of the international databases in the course of preparation of international level up-to-date articles. Results of work: the analytical and comparative analysis revealed the directions of scientific community self-organization around publication activities of the magazine within subject, related, intersubject and cross-disciplinary fields of scientific activity. Field of results application: the scientific community as the vanguard environment sophiosfer as it influences and forms the modern world, its reflection in the information sphere of communication, and also is capable to develop new technologies of person interaction in various systems of technosphere, a natural stage of culture existence, in general. The operating and clear model of the modern magazine which is created by Russian scientists at schools of sciences of the region, but being reflected in information perspective, is capable to cover science problems in general, including the international level of integration and citing - WoS and SCOPUS and others. Conclusion. The association of the Russian information base of scientific data within necessary today state strategy of information content support of Russian science is a step of its development and accumulation, either in state library storages or non-state which are rather initiative projects in Russia. The international information scientific sphere is the other system where principles of feedback and understanding of the place and value, is a new scientific content, it needs to be investigated and understood, preferably, within the state strategy of scientific data information base development. The state strategy in this sphere is capable to provide our domestic science system, hi-tech and protected way out in universal scientific content. The universal information technological level of science is created within the international treaty obligations with various specialized international and national databases.
