In the modern world, the number of companies that apply ISO 9000 standards is increasing every year, giving organizations enormous competitive advantages. Responsibility and competence level of the management is an obligatory prerequisite for the development of a quality management system (QMS). Management should understand that the implementation of the QMS will bring significant benefits to the organization, will allow to acquire additional advantages in the market and lead to a reduction in risks.
